Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of Outseen Property and the sponsored-placement services offered by Outseen.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Outseen, you accept these terms and the linked policies. Paid advertiser services are available only to persons aged 18 or older who can form a binding contract and are authorized to act for the relevant promoter, developer, or advertising entity.
2. Platform role
Outseen is an advertising and discovery platform. It is not a developer, seller, real-estate agent, broker, lender, escrow service, legal adviser, or investment adviser. A sponsored rank is paid advertising, not an endorsement, quality score, promise of availability, or recommendation to purchase property.
3. Verification and advertiser duties
Verification is a condition of entry and cannot be purchased. Advertisers must provide accurate, current, lawful information; maintain required RERA registrations and advertising authority; disclose material changes; and use only assets they are entitled to publish. Verification does not transfer the advertiser’s legal obligations to Outseen.
4. Sponsored ranking and pricing
Verified projects may purchase a time-limited sponsored position on an identified board. Rank is ordered by the active paid bid, with the board’s disclosed tie-break and lifecycle rules. Another bid may displace a position. Fees buy eligible visibility for the stated period; they do not guarantee rank duration, impressions, enquiries, conversions, bookings, or sales. The final amount and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
5. Buyer responsibilities
Project information may come from advertisers and public sources. Buyers must independently verify RERA status, title, approvals, specifications, price, availability, possession, contracts, and all financial or legal implications with appropriate professionals before acting.
6. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payments are processed by a third-party gateway. A payment is complete only after server-side confirmation. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Outseen may withhold or reverse placement while investigating fraud, duplicate payment, chargeback, sanctions, or a legal request.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not impersonate a project representative; submit false or misleading claims; manipulate enquiries or traffic; evade verification; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; scrape protected data; infringe rights; or use Outseen for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory activity.
8. Suspension and takedown
Outseen may reject, suspend, correct, or remove a project or account where information is inaccurate, authority or RERA status cannot be confirmed, payment is disputed, these terms are breached, or removal is required to protect users or comply with law. Refund eligibility depends on the reason and our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property and third parties
Outseen’s software, branding, and original content remain ours or our licensors’. Advertisers retain responsibility for submitted assets and grant Outseen a limited licence to display them for verification, promotion, and service operation. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Outseen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, property decisions, advertiser misstatements, third-party services, or results that sponsored placement does not achieve. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
11. Law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s registered address will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law. Material changes will be posted here. Questions may be sent to ping.outseen@gmail.com.
