What Outseen does
Outseen operates time-boxed property boards for a specific market and buyer intent. Authorized project representatives may request verification and, once approved, pay for a sponsored position. Higher active bids receive higher visibility, and the amount influencing rank is displayed publicly.
What money cannot buy
Payment does not purchase RERA verification, a quality score, an endorsement, a guaranteed lead, or a sale. Verification and advertiser-authority checks happen before a project may bid.
For property buyers
Buyers can compare disclosed facts such as price range, carpet area, possession, configurations, and RERA details. Outseen is not a developer, broker, lender, legal adviser, or investment adviser. Buyers should independently verify every claim and document before making a property decision.
